Just to update, the book is available in the following places:

Malaysia: Kinokuniya RM54.55, check out the Japanese magazine section
USA: Kinokuniya USD 14.90 at the following stores: Los Angeles, Seattle and Costa Mesa

    Dear Ivan,

    Yes! Finally I got it at Kinokuniya on last Saturday, 23/01/2010. But the stock is not much left, around 3 to 4 copies. New stock will arrive around 3 to 4 months.

    Once again, thank you for your help on providing such a good info for G's die hard fans...
