One of the things that we as WIS or collectors (not all, I was told) seems to like is patina. Be it on the hour markers, hands or even on bronze watches. Anyway, recently I sent one of my friends Rolex Submariner 14060 for a service. The watch was just developing patina on the hour markers and hands. Looks nice (forgot to take a picture of the watch, but will do so when I collect it later).
So, what do Rolex think about patina? Well.......
