Omega SM300...

One of the outstanding things (yes there is more then one) on my Omega SM300 Homage is the winding stem. When I sourced my movement (from an older Seamaster), the original winding stem was too short. As such, I had to use a stem tube extension. All that changed when I finally ordered a new winding stem.

My Omega SM300 Homage...

The old winding stem (at the top) and the new winding stem. Note the stem extension on the old stem.

The Omega with the stem removed, ready for the new stem.

Closer view of the movement, caliber 552.

The new winding stem fitted to the crown and ready to be fitted to the movement. Once done, 1 less item to worry about.
