I picked this watch up from the MWF store in Malaysia (Yes, I am back for a short holiday). I remember this watch from the 90s as I wanted one, but never got one. The pull of the G-Shock at that time was lots stronger.

The watch has a red 'laser' pointer type light on the left of the watch and also a blue EL back light for the LCD display.
